SICOPRINT SP
- Application: paper, cardboard,...
- Aspect: satin
- Drying: 6 minutes in open air, immediate dry in tunnel.
- Dilution:
SP 1000 - quick reducer
SP 2000 - normal reducer
SP 3000 - slow reducer
Average reducer quantity: ± 15%
- Films: all films are suited.
- Covering capacity: 30 to 35 m²/litre, depending on the used mesh (77T-120T).
- Cleaning: thinner ST 1000.
- Overprintability: excellent
- Behaviour in bad weather conditions: excellent for all colours.
- Good resistance to poster glues
CARTOFLEX CF
- Application: paper, cardboard, adhesive paper, varnished metals, milmar, syntape, wood.
- Aspect: satin
- Drying: 4 minutes in open air, immediate dry in tunnel
- Good screen stability and good resistance to stacking.
- Dilution:
CF 1000 - quick reducer
CF 2000 - normal reducer
CF 3000 - slow reducer
CF 4000 - slow reducer
CF 5000 - slow reducer
CF 8000 - extra slow reducer

EURECO EC
- Application: universal, ink for stickers, flexible and hard PVC, plexiglas, ABS, forex, paper, cardboard, priplack, banners, canvas, etc.
- Aspect: high gloss
- Drying: 6 minutes in open air, immediate dry in tunnel. The stickers can be piled when leaving the tunnel. For a quick oven drying on hard PVC and polystyrene, we advise to use our series QUICKSET QS.

- Overprintability: excellent
- Resistance to light and weather conditions: excellent for all colours of this series, except fluo.
- Remark:
- For the impression of priplack, we advice to add a 3% hardener HEC.
- Also available in a mat version.
QUICKSET QS
- Application: hard PVC, polystyrene, plexi, flexible PVC, stickers, etc.
- Aspect: glossy
- Drying: 6 minutes in open air, immediate dry in tunnel.
- Dilution:

TPP 1702 - slow gelretarder
- Films: all solvent resistant films are suited.

- Cleaning: synthetic thinner ST 1000
- Overprintability: excellent
- Resistance to light and weather conditions: excellent for all the colours.
- One component: add a hardener to increase the scratch resistance rate and in order to improve the adherence on difficult or old materials. The ink will be printable during only one day. Hardener HTPP: available in packages of 100 gr.
SICONYL SN
- Application: nylon, such as umbrellas, sports bags, etc.
- Aspect: satin
- Drying: through the evaporation of the reducers, 4 minutes in open air. Immediate in tunnel.
- Dilution:
SN 1000 - quick reducer
SN 2000 - normal reducer
SN 3000 - slow reducer
SN 4000 - slow reducer
SN 5000 - slow reducer
Average reducer quantity: ± 10%
- Films: all solvent resistant films are suited.
- Covering capacity: ± 40m²/litre, depending on the used mesh.(T77-T120T)
- Cleaning: thinner CT 1000 or CT 1000/l.
- Storage stability: unlimited
- Overprintability: very good. Slight increase of the brilliance. Second colour dries a little slower.
- Resistance to light and weather conditions: excellent for all the colours.
- Remark: for materials treated with silicones, the flexibility and adherence can be insufficient.
PIGMENT BASES GB
- These general bases increase the covering capacity of the inks (e.g. when printing on dark materials)
- The GB bases can be added to the following series in a proportion of 20%:
- EURECO EC
- QUICKSET QS
- POLYPRO TPP
and are available in the common base colours.
SERIE SICEPOX PX
- Application: especially for tough materials such as glass, tiles, metals, etc.
- Aspect: very brilliant
- Drying and hardening:
- by adding hardener:
dust-free: after 60 min.
stackable: after 3 hours
hard: after 24 - 48 hours
- tunnel-drying: speeds up the drying process, but putting on drying shelves is still necessary.
- Film: use a solvent-proof emulsion.
- Dilution: PX 2000
- Coverage capacity: 35 to 50 m²/l depending of the used mesh (77T-120T).
- Cleaning: CT 1000/l or CT 1000
- Stability:
Without hardener: several years
With hardener: printable during 8 hours
- Remarks: proportions ink/hardener:
85% inks
15% hardener
The materials to be printed must be dust- and fat-free. If necessary, first make fat-free with ethanol or acetone.
Hard ink cannot be cleaned out the screen. Clean everything immediately after printing.
SUBLIMATION TRANSFER SV
- Application: printing on paper, transfers on polyester, nylon and acrylic for sports wear, carpets, etc.
- Existing pigments: yellow, red, magenta, violet, dark blue, light blue, turquoise, black (grey), dark black, yellow fluo, green fluo, magenta fluo. By mixing these pigments, almost all colours can be obtained.
- Colour preparation: sometimes this can provoke problems, but you can always consult our services. For polyester: all pigments are suitable.
- Varnish on a solvent basis SV 150:
- Dilution: SV 1000, SV 2000, SV 3000 or SV 5000
- Cleaning: CT 1000 or CT 1000/1
- Mesh: 90T - 120T
- Advantage: light paper is sufficient (100 gr/m²)
- Resistance:
- Washing resistance: (50°)
- Light resistance: very good
- Friction resistance: very good
- Drying:
5 min in open air, immediate in dry in tunnel
- Sublimation conditions: 210°C during 30 to 40 sec.
