UV UVILUX

Application:
- varnish UVILUX UV 150: super brilliant on offset printing or screen printing
- inks: for paper and cardboard, recto/verso
Aspect: very brilliant
Drying: only with UV-light, 1 to 2 lamps of 80 - 100W
Bandspeed: 25 to 30 m/min
Dilution:
- normal reducer: UV 2000
- reactive reducers:
a) for varnish UV 2000 FI
b) for ink UV 2000 FI 2
Films: all solvent resistant films are suited.
Coverage capacity: 60-90 m²/l depending of the used mesh (140 - 185 T)
Cleaning: CT 1000 or CT 1000/l
Overprintability: excellent
Stability: when stored under proper conditions: 1 till 2 years conservable
Flexibility: very good
Weather and light resistance: very good for all colours

AUV AQUALUV

Application: paper, cardboard
Aspect: satin
Drying: by UV-radiation. Perfect with 1 lamp of 80 to 100W. Speed 20 to 30 m/min
Mesh: 150/34 - 165/31
Dilution:
The ink is ready to use.
To add if necessary:
1) ± 10% water.
2) ± 10% AUV 1000. With this reducer the viscosity goes down faster.
Emulsion:
1) use a waterproof emulsion.
2) use a combi-emulsion (water- and solventproof) in case of reducing with AUV 1000.
Coverage capacity: ± 70 m²/l depending of the used mesh.
Storage stability: several years. Store it in the original, well closed packaging between 5 and 30°C.
Cleaning: immediately after the printing: with water (with a cleaner under high pressure).

Sharp compound AUV 160 can be added to decrease the concentration.
Point sharpness: because of the special thixotropical structure this ink gives a very sharpness. The overprinting in several layers is no problem.
Overprintability: excellent
Resistance: to water: very good
to weather circumstances: good, suitable for outside
to solvents and chemical products: to be tested
Safety: these AUV quadri colours do not contain heavy metals and are free of N-vinyl-2 pyrrolidone
This ink doesn't contain water or solvent, but is cleanable with water.
This ink can be stuck over by a good glue.

UVIPLAST PLUV

Application: inks uviplast: brilliant ink to print on, self-adhesives, banners, lacqued metal, polypropylene, preliminary treated polyethylene, polycarbonate, paper, displays, PVC.
Varnish UVIPLAST PLUV 150: a super brilliant varnish for offset printing or screen printing, PVC, polystyrene, treated polypropylene, priplack
Aspect: very brilliant.
Drying: only with UV-light, 1 to 2 lamps of 80 - 100W. Bandspeed: 25 to 30 m/min
Dilution: normal reducer PLUV 2000.
reactive reducers:
a) for varnish PLUV 2000 FI 1
b) for ink PLUV 2000 FI 2
Film: use solventproof emulsion
Covering capacity: 60 - 90 m²/l depending on the used mesh (140-185 T).
Cleaning: CT 1000/1 or CT 1000.
Stability: when stored under proper conditions, 1 till 2 years conservable.
Overprintability: with several layers, the heat of the UV-light can destroy the PVC self-adhesive material!
Weather and light resistance: very good for all colours.
Remarks: although the PLUV varnish and/or the inks contain no solvent, some elements can irritate skin and eyes. The recommendations on the safety card are to be followed! Always make a test in order to test structure and flexibility! Perfect colours for 4-colour-printing. If the preliminary treatment of some synthetic fibres like priplack, duoprop is insufficient or too old, it can be necessary to add ± 5% hardener HPLUV to the ink.
